Tenant Web Access

We are pleased to offer Tenant Web Access, which allows you to access your account and make payments online. This option requires tenants to log in each month to make payments. Both direct ACH payments and Credit/Debit Card payments are allowed. A fee may be required for these payment types.

To create your account, you must be a current tenant and you will need to provide Crown Property with your email address. You may do this by calling us at 218-751-5699 or by filling out the form below.

Auto Pay

If you would like to set-up automatic payments from your bank, you will need to stop into the office at 258 Anne St. NW, or call us at 218-751-5699 for details. This option will allow your rent payments to be made every month, on time, worry free. There is no fee for this service.
